Our May concert will feature the world-renowned trumpeter, Cecil Welch. Mr. Welch was a former member of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra before the 20-time Grammy Award winning composer, Henry Mancini, personally recruited Cecil to go on the road and become his permanent first trumpeter. What followed was a 18-year collaboration on some of the landmark songs of America’s musical songbook. Please check out Cecil’s website at: www.cecilwelch.com.
